Ben is Project Lead and Coordinator. He has a wealth of experience in corporate leadership and business development across East Africa, spanning over 25 years. He has worked with multinational companies in the sectors of pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution; motor vehicle assembly and marketing; tyre manufacturing; steel rolling mills; and food processing and marketing.
He has equally led consultancy teams on projects for such international organisations as Oxfam Novib; World Vision International; Save the Children; Plan International;
He has executed capacity building projects for the Ministry of Local Government in Uganda, under the Local Government Development Programmes (LGDP I and II); Ministry of Finance Planning and Economic Development (Uganda Participatory Poverty Assessment Plan: UPPAP); Ministry of Works and Transport Poverty Action Fund (PAF) Road’s project; Ministry of Public Service Staff Induction Programme. He has equally led consultancy teams on projects for such international organisations as Oxfam Novib; World Vision International; Save the Children; Plan International; Norwegian People’s Aid; ACORD Uganda; government Well-grounded in Corporate Strategic Planning, Business Opportunity Identification, Market Development, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing Communication, Marketing Research, People Development and Leadership, Stakeholder Engagement among others. He has lived and worked across East Africa.
