Prepared the NWSC 3-year strategic Plan for the periods, 1997- 2000, 2000 – 2003, 2003 – 2006, and 2006 – 2009.
Reviewed and upgraded the Dar-es-Salaam Water and Sewerage Authority. Strategic Plan for the period 2006- 2010.
Prepared the Mengo Hospital Strategic Plan for the Period 2006 – 2011.
Reviewed and prepared a five-year Strategic Plan for the Lake Victoria North Water Services Board (Kakamega, Kenya) for the period 2006- 2011.
Prepared a five-year Strategic Plan for the Zanzibar Water Authority for the period 2008- 2013.
Reviewed the Dar-es-Salaam Water and Sewerage Company’s (DAWASCO) Strategic Plan and prepared a new strategic plan.
Prepared a five-year Strategic Business Plan (SBP) for the Harar Water and Sewerage Authority (HWSA) in Ethiopia.
Prepared a Corporate Plan and Risk Management Plan for the Institute of Procurement Professionals.
Review and prepared the Nile Basin Secretariat Strategic Plan 2012.
Preparation of Business Plan for Hope University Semuto (HUS) for the period 2014 – 2019. The Business Plan was to help in fundraising USD 25,000,000 required to establish Hope University Semuto, state of the art, technical university and run it for the first 6 years.
